Paid features are not on sale yet, so there is nothing to refund today. This is how refunds will work once they are.
14 days, no reason needed
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask
Write to hello@luckybagai.com from the email address you paid with, or include your receipt number so we can find the payment.
Where the money goes
We refund the full amount to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider. Your pass stops working once the refund is made.
Your other rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
