1. Who we are

Lucky Bag AI (luckybagai.com) is run by NICASIA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under SSM number 202603028341. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean NICASIA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, and “you” means the person using the site.

2. The tools are provided as they are

We provide the site and its tools as they are and as available. We do not promise that a tool will suit a particular purpose, that it will be free of errors, or that it will always be online.

Marketplaces change their rules, sometimes without notice. We show where each rule comes from and the date we last checked it, but you are responsible for checking every result before you upload a photo, print a label or send a document. A result marked as passing means it meets the rules we list. It does not mean a marketplace will accept it.

3. Your files

The tools process files in your browser, and we do not receive them. You need the right to use every file you open in a tool, and you are responsible for what you do with the results.

4. Using the site fairly

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, and do not use it to break the law.

Nothing is on sale yet. When paid features open, the price, what you get, how long it lasts and how to get a refund will be shown before you pay. Refunds follow our refund policy.

6. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about the site and its tools is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid us anything, that amount is zero.

We are not liable for lost sales, lost profit, or penalties that a marketplace applies to your shop or listings.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Malaysian law that a contract cannot remove, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies to you.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia deal with any dispute about them.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. A change does not apply to a payment you made before it.
